Once we have worked together to develop the concept of your site, there will be one opportunity for revisions per page.
Additional revisions (including dramatic changes to concept and design) could mean additional charges.

I understand what a huge investment it can be when you’re starting a business. I will always be transparent with you about costs and as flexible as I can be within reason.
Typically, I require a 50% deposit in order to secure your spot in my schedule, the other 50% is due when your project is completed.
In the event you’re requiring smaller payments, just let us know and we can discuss how we can accommodate something more tailored to your needs.

Unfortunately, no. Once an initial deposit has been made, I cannot provide you with a refund.

Typically projects are booked 1-3 months in advance. In order to deliver the best service to my clients, I only work with 1-2 clients at a time. That said, I highly recommend reaching out well before you’re ready to begin as spots are limited!
